There are a thousand ways to do overnight oats, but these are my personal favorite recipes for fast, easy, and healthy breakfast oats!

Stay full and be energized all morning oats recipe:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon Vega plant protein powder (optional)
  • 2 cups almond milk

 

Healthy dessert overnight oats recipe:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

 

Place overnight in mason jar or blender and enjoy in the morning!
